Each of these batteries contains 5.12kWh of energy, so a full cabinet totals 10.24kWh of storage. Pytes designed this cabinet for easy installation. It weighs just under 78lbs, and the magnetic cover eliminates the need for additional screws or fasteners. The ingress protection rating of IP20 makes this cabinet ideal for indoor installations away from water or dust. Server rack batteries are an excellent option for small systems intending to grow or for modular systems. A single server rack battery is lightweight and easy to rearrange, contrary to typical wall mounted batteries that are difficult to move as they can weigh around 300lbs. Made for indoor installs, the Pytes V-Box-IC is a galvanized steel rack that holds up to three Pytes V5 batteries on wheels, so it can be moved as needed. A full rack stores 15.36kWh, and two racks can be stacked for 30.72kWh.

Permitted installations are where the Pytes E-Box 48100R stands out, with UL 9540 status alongside inverters including the Sol-Ark 15K and Sol-Ark 12K. This 5.12kWh LiFePO4 server rack battery is also UL 1973 and UL 9540A verified as a standalone product. Amphenol Surlok terminals and a Pytes-designed BMS round it out.
