The PowerAssist feature uniquely prevents overloading shore power or generator circuits by automatically additional available AC power with battery power during peak loads. This breakthrough feature lets you run high-draw appliances even on limited shore power connections. The automatic transfer switch changes between shore/generator power and inverter power in less than 20 milliseconds. This is fast enough that computers and other sensitive equipment continue operating without interruption. The VE.Bus communication enables system expansion and integration with other Victron components.
